Summer produce is so vibrant that I got tempted to make this melon and feta salad recently. And I ate this for a couple of days for all three meals. Yes, I didn’t even spare the breakfast. It was so refreshing and flavorful that I never got bored of it. Some pairings are meant to be. And watermelon and feta cheese is one such classic combination, which you’d probably have come across multiple times. The sweet melon fruit and the salty feta cheese is a pairing made in heaven. And with a bunch of fresh herbs, rocket salad leaves, and some English cucumber, the cherry vinaigrette brought together this classic salad to a new fashionable avatar. It’s one such salad which you could wow your guests with at a brunch party. And this one’s as simple as my other recipes have been. Quick, easy and full of flavors. Plus you don’t need a plethora of ingredients to bring this together.
