A midweek morning needs a smoothie as much as a Monday morning does. And so, here I am with this new smoothie post today, up early in the morning. I generally am a morning person, who loves to start early in the day and stuff in as many tasks as I can, before I head to the work. It gives me an illusion as I had more than 24 hours in a day. But today was a little different. I was getting a little restless in the bed, so I couldn’t sleep well. It was more about turning sides last night. So, I ditched the bed and got out of it soon to write this recipe post. So while I create a new food photography backdrop and hit the gym after writing this post, let’s talk more about this delicious Coffee & Cacao Nib Smoothie I made last week. I still have half a bag of cacao nibs in my fridge. I like their crunch besides raw chocolate flavor they have. And of course, coffee is another favorite. So, I blended these two together one fine morning with nutrients and vitamins packed coconut water to make this super healthy and super yum morning meal. The flavors blended just so well together. I just love smoothie for three reasons. One, they are so easy and quick to make. Second, they are a balanced meal altogether. And third, they are easy to carry and have, even while you are driving to work. I can have smoothies all my mornings. Coffee and chocolate can never go wrong together. And if you get to have your fix for chocolate early in the morning, how else you could start your day better.
