About The White Ramekins
The White Ramekins is a place where I share my experiences with the recipes which I come across by means of various cookbooks, blogs, newspaper articles etc. Some of those experiences fail and some survive and those which survive get a life here on this site.
The Story Behind
It was a Sunday afternoon of hot and scorching Indian summers, and as usual me and my friend were trying out some baking experiment at home. Luckily it went through and we were so overwhelmed by our creation {amateurs without any formal training in the art of baking}. It was when The White Ramekins originated out of that sheer excitement and joy. Since then I have been loving every moment of baking, taking those shots and sharing them up here.
About Me
I live in Gurgaon, a city in the suburbs of New Delhi, India. Single and staying by my self in my apartment. I have a 9-6 job in a banking and financial organization, which rocks !!! When I am not blogging, I am either hanging around with my friends or spending quality time with my family.

dude, i can’t even begin to understand how you take photos like that. awesome work. your recipes sound good, but if they look anything like your photos in real life, i bet that’s all it takes to have people oooing and awwwing at your dinner parties.
also, i love the title. it has a really nice ring to it. wish i had some ramekins…
